Our Goal


Our Goal is to help children, young people, and adults to reach their full potential. We prepare people to build their skills and confidence and help make them opportunities aligned with their abilities and interests, with a learning style that suits the child, young person, or adult. We prioritise children and young people from disadvantaged backgrounds and SEN, and those facing significant barriers.

Our team

We are looking to build our committed, qualified and experienced team

We currently work with a range of experienced and qualified tutors/teachers, mentors, many of whom are SEN trained and understand the challenges of working, 121 face-to-face and online with children and young people who struggle to learn in standard education settings.

Job requirements

Do you value building trust, relating to young people?  Are able to build strong, positive relationships with young people in your care? through it be traditional educational subjects, learning through play,  or the ability to use a range of methods, approaches and learning styles, to fully engage and meet the needs of each individual learner?… then we would love to hear from you!

We are extremely keen to find staff  that teach alternative approach through play.  If successful you will work directly with learners, face to face in homes, libraries, community centres, schools, or online tutoring, live lessons and blended learning on our e-learning platform Edclass to do 121 or small/large groups of pupils as well as building strong relationships to support the learners.
